We begin with an in-depth closet evaluation and style assessment, considering your lifestyle, career, preferences, fit, wardrobe needs, and how you want to show up. Together, we determine what should remain, identify what is missing, and establish a clear personal style direction and wardrobe strategy.

Guided by your wardrobe strategy, our team manages the research, sourcing, and shopping on your behalf. Every selection is considered in relation to your lifestyle, preferences, sizing, budget, and existing wardrobe, creating a cohesive collection rather than a series of disconnected purchases.
2. The Shopping
You join us in New York City for a private fitting featuring your complete, pre-styled selection. We guide you through the silhouettes, proportions, and combinations that work best, refine the wardrobe in real time, and coordinate any necessary alterations. Following the fitting, our team handles the returns.
3. The Fitting
Your new and existing pieces are styled into complete outfits designed around your professional, social, and everyday life. The finished looks are organized into a personalized digital lookbook, giving you a practical reference for getting dressed with greater confidence, intention, and ease.

The Wardrobe Edit is designed for clients who already own strong pieces but need expert guidance to refine their existing wardrobe, better understand their personal style, and identify what's missing to bring everything together..
During an in-person wardrobe edit, our team evaluates what you own, identifies what is no longer serving you, and determines which pieces should remain. We then create new outfit combinations from your wardrobe, identify strategic gaps, and provide focused shopping recommendations to complete it.
The result is a more considered wardrobe, a clearer understanding of what works, and greater ease in getting dressed, without rebuilding everything from the beginning.

There is no single required clothing budget. We establish a budget based on your wardrobe needs, preferred brands, desired quality level, lifestyle, and what feels appropriate for you to invest.
Clothing purchases are separate from the styling service investment. Travel, tailoring, shipping, and other third-party expenses may also be separate depending on the service and scope.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I PLAN TO SPEND ON CLOTHING?

You do not need to live in New York. We work with clients throughout the United States and internationally.
For ICON, the closet evaluation may take place virtually or in your home, while the private fitting takes place in New York City. The Wardrobe Edit is offered exclusively in person at the client’s home. Applicable travel fees apply for services performed outside New York City.
DO I NEED TO LIVE IN NEW YORK CITY, AND CAN THE EXPERIENCE BE VIRTUAL?

ICON typically takes approximately five to six weeks. Your primary participation takes place during The Edit and The Fitting, while our team manages the sourcing, shopping, preparation, returns, outfit creation, and lookbook development behind the scenes.
The Wardrobe Edit is typically completed within two to four weeks. Timing for both services may vary slightly depending on scheduling and scope.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE, AND HOW MUCH TIME WILL I NEED TO COMMIT?

You do not need to know your personal style before beginning. Clarifying that direction is part of our work together.
